Get started

First steps.

Create your account and company
  1. Go to Sign up and make your login.
  2. Set up your company: name, what you sell and how you deliver.
  3. Invite your team from Settings, then Business & team.
Connect an ad account you already have
  1. Open Settings, then Ad accounts.
  2. Log in with Facebook and choose the ad accounts to share, or share the ad account with Revora's Business ID in Meta Business Settings.
  3. Add the account, then set its pixel and Page.

Ad accounts, wallet and funding.

Buy a Meta ad account from Revora
  1. Open Settings, then Ad accounts, and find Buy a Meta ad account from Revora.
  2. Name your ad account and tap Buy ad account. The price is paid from your wallet.
  3. Tap Create dataset so Meta can track your orders.
Top up your wallet
  1. Open the Wallet tab.
  2. Tap top up and pay by card in naira.
  3. Your balance updates when the payment is confirmed.
Ask your admin to fund your wallet
  1. In the Wallet tab, send a wallet request with the amount.
  2. Your admin approves it, and the money lands in your wallet.
Share an ad account with a media buyer (admins)
  1. Open Settings, then Ad accounts.
  2. On the account, use the Shared with menu and pick the buyer.
  3. That account is then paid from the buyer's own wallet.
What happens when my wallet is empty?
  • Your running ads are paused automatically, and you get a notification.
  • Top up your wallet, then turn your ads back on.
Pages, pixels and WhatsApp

Set up what your ads need.

Link your Facebook Page
  1. In Meta Business Settings, open Pages, then Add partner, and enter Revora's Business ID (shown in Settings, then Pages).
  2. Give permission to create ads.
  3. In Revora, open Settings, then Pages, tap Link Page and paste your Page ID.
Create a pixel (dataset)
  1. Open Settings, then Ad accounts.
  2. On your account, tap Create dataset.
  3. See the events it receives in Settings, then Event Manager.
Add your WhatsApp number
  1. Open Settings, then WhatsApp.
  2. Tap Add number, enter your business name and number, then the 6-digit code we send.
  3. Your customer chats appear in the Chats tab. The number must not be active on the normal WhatsApp app.
Orders and delivery

Orders, riders and payments.

Share your order form
  1. Open a product, then copy its order form link.
  2. Customers order on the form; you see the order in the Orders tab.
Get paid by customers
  • Each media buyer has a payment account number.
  • Customers pay by bank transfer and Revora matches the payment to the order.
Add delivery agents
  1. Open Settings, then Business & team, and invite a delivery agent.
  2. Orders are offered to riders in the same state and city.
