Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Revora you agree to these terms. If you use Revora for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. The service

Revora is a dashboard for managing orders, deliveries, websites, ads and WhatsApp conversations. Features may change over time. Some features depend on third parties (Meta, Paystack and others) and are subject to their rules and availability.

2. Your account

Keep your login private and tell us if you think it was misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite, and for choosing the right role for each.

3. Your data and your customers

You own your business data. You confirm that you have the right to use your customers' details and to contact them (including on WhatsApp), and that you will follow the law and Meta's and WhatsApp's policies, including their rules on opt-in, message content and commerce. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Connecting Meta accounts

You may connect only ad accounts, pages and WhatsApp numbers you are allowed to manage. Ads you create are yours, and so is the responsibility for their content and budget; you must follow Meta's advertising policies. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Acceptable use

No illegal, deceptive or harmful products or messages, no spam, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no access to other people's data.

6. Payments and wallet

Fees, wallet top-ups and payouts are shown in the dashboard. Payments are processed by Paystack. Refunds follow what is stated at the time of purchase and the law.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Revora available but we do not promise it will never have errors or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profit, or for results of ads you run. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

8. Ending

You can stop using Revora and delete your data at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
