Delete your data

1. Remove Facebook / WhatsApp access (you stay on Revora)

1. Log in and open Settings → Ad accounts.
2. Remove the ad accounts and WhatsApp numbers you no longer want to share (a Reconnect or Remove button is next to each).
3. Optionally, also remove Revora in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Revora → Remove.

When you do this we stop using your Meta access straight away, and we delete the stored Meta access token.

2. Delete your account and all your data

Email hello@pipinstallsofi.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We will confirm it is you, then delete your account, your business's data you ask for, and the Meta data we hold, within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires (such as payment records), and encrypted backups expire within 90 days.

3. You are a customer of a business that uses Revora

Ask that business to delete your details, or email us the business name and your phone number and we will pass your request to them and help them complete it.
